Welcome to the IPv6 Fundamentals e-learning course!

You will learn:

    • Identify the advantages of IPv6 deployment
    • Write an IPv6 address according to the best current practices
    • Identify the scope of different IPv6 address types
    • Calculate IPv6 subnets
    • Identify the different IPv6-related protocols
    • Identify the security concerns of the IPv6 protocol
    • Create an IPv6 addressing plan
    • Recognise the application of specific IPv6 transition mechanisms

The course will take about 15 hours to complete.

The course consists of 13 modules.

You can complete 8 activities.

The course is in English. You should be able to complete each module and activity in about 20-30 minutes. The modules and activities are interactive and consist of a mix of reading, practise, guided exercises and questions.

The content of this course aligns with the IPv6 Fundamentals - Analyst exam.
