RIPE NCC Academy: Certification - Register for Exam

All exams are online. They will be recorded by a secure browser extension and then reviewed later by RIPE NCC staff.

Once you click on Register for an exam, you will be taken to the exam registration form. You will be asked for your name, email, and which exam you wish to take. Please make sure you have your voucher code at hand.

Exam Registration Instructions

Click on the Register for an exam button above.
If you are not logged in yet you will be asked to login with your RIPE NCC Access account.
The registration page will ask for your first name, last name and email.
A drop-down menu will show you the currently available RIPE NCC Certified Professionals exams. Select the exam you would like to take.
Enter a voucher code If you have an exam voucher, please enter the code in the “Voucher Code” field.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and then select “Submit”.
You will receive a confirmation directing you to check your email. You will receive one to two emails from Better Examinations. One will direct you to set up an account (if you have never done this before) and the second will confirm your registration and provide a link to the exam platform where you can access your exam.
You will then be directed to the exam platform page to access your exam.
You are now ready to get certified!

Please ensure that your first and last name matches your photo identity document. Your digital badge will be issued using the name used when registering. The secure browser will also carry out an identity check before starting the exam.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Exam

There is no need to reschedule; the exam is available immediately after registration and can be taken at any time. Once you have registered for an exam, there is no cancelling. The voucher is used, and the exam will be available until it is completed or expired and then a new voucher will be required to register again.
